As a registered user of xt777, you assume the following ongoing obligations for the lifetime of your account:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xt777 account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password.
• You must never share your account credentials with any third party, nor permit any other person to use your xt777 account to place wagers or conduct transactions.

xt777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. xt777 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital, and Meezan Bank.

Deposits: All deposits into your xt777 account are processed in real time upon successful verification by the relevant payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the Cashier page of the Platform. xt777 does not charge fees for deposits, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges independently.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 PKT on business days are typically processed within 24 hours, subject to satisfactory completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements. xt777 reserves the right to request identity documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved by xt777 in writing.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xt777 Platform. Engagement in any restricted activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the xt777 software, games, or payment systems for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the xt777 Platform;
• Use any xt777 branding, trademarks, or trade names without express prior written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any content of the Platform on any other website or application.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xt777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the xt777 Platform, including any losses arising from:

• System outages, server downtime, or technical interruptions to the Platform;
• Delays or errors in the processing of deposits or withdrawals by third-party payment providers;
• Unauthorised access to your xt777 account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Loss of gaming sessions due to connectivity issues on your device or network;
• Changes to game rules, payout structures, or Platform features made in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

xt777's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your xt777 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

xt777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete satisfactory identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Registration by an individual under the age of 21;
• Operation of duplicate accounts in violation of the one-account-per-player rule;
• Any conduct deemed by xt777 to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

Upon account closure initiated by xt777 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any bonus funds, pending bonus winnings, or funds derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited. Legitimately deposited funds not subject to forfeiture will be returned via the original payment method, subject to completion of AML and KYC requirements.

You may close your xt777 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closures are processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding balance will be returned to your registered payment method after all pending wagering requirements have been assessed.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the xt777 Platform or these Terms & Conditions, you are required to follow the following resolution process in order:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact xt777 customer support and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. The support team aims to resolve all account and transaction disputes within 5 business days.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xt777 holds its primary gaming licence. Any formal legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through the above dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

xt777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, xt777 will notify registered players via their registered mobile number or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
